Shipping Information

All orders are processed and despatched from our Boronia warehouse, for all orders received before 2.30pm we will make every effort to confirm and despatch your order that same day.  For orders placed after 2.30pm we will confirm and despatch the following day.  If we have any queries or concerns with regarding the order, one of our customer service team will contact you directly.

Our delivery charge is $15 + GST for order that can be air bagged.  For larger orders that require boxing, skids or pallets we will contact you as the order may incur additional delivery charges.  

We used Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT depending on the size and weight of your order.  Once your items have been sent, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number (be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there).  You may appoint your own carrier, please clearly specify details in the notes section on the checkout form, alternatively you can collect orders from our warehouse.

I just got my order and something is damaged/faulty/wrong…Firstly, we are sorry!

Refunds

We accept returns if you received a damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item.  We will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund.  Incorrect items returned must be in original packaging and remain unopen and un-used.
